My driver sent the car of Toyota Alphard for Gear Box diagnose or repair and also air-corn service. Toyota customer service has called to inform the bill woud be around RM11k ++, and i feel reasonable to repair both of the part and get them to proceed. When the time to collect the car, Toyota only inform the Gear box doesn't found any problem and they have only change the Gear Oil with CHANGED the new set of air-con compressor....bill is still remain at RM11k. The worst part is when on the way home, the gear box down again...and Toyota claim if need to replace the Gear box it may need additional RM26k....rediculous!
